These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") stipulate the conditions for use of the website (hereinafter referred to as "this site") operated by The Snack Three & GINZA (hereinafter referred to as "our store") and the conditions for use of the services (hereinafter referred to as "our store services") provided by our store at our store. Article 3 (About using our store)

1. Requests and Prohibitions for Use (When Using in Stores)
   In order to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable stay, we strictly prohibit the following acts:
   (1) Any act that violates or may violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
   (2) Behavior that is disruptive to other customers, our staff, or third parties (loud conversations, drunkenness, violence, abusive language, intimidation, sexual harassment, other types of harassment, etc.)
   (3) Intentionally damaging or defacing our facilities or equipment, or removing them without permission
   (4) Bringing dangerous objects, illegal drugs, or other items that the store deems inappropriate into the store
   (5) Taking photographs, recordings, or filming inside the store without permission (especially when there is a possibility that other customers or staff may be captured on camera)
   (6) Any other conduct that the Company considers to be disruptive to its business operations.

2. If we find any of the prohibited actions listed above, if you do not follow the instructions of our staff, or if we determine that you are causing trouble to other customers, we may refuse you entry or ask you to leave even if you are in the middle of using the facility. Please note that we will not refund any fees in such cases.

3. Age Verification
   Drinking alcohol and smoking are prohibited by law for those under the age of 20. If you are unable to cooperate with age verification or are found to be under the age of 20, we will refuse to serve you alcohol or allow you to smoke.

4. Exclusion of anti-social forces We strictly prohibit the use of our facilities by gangsters, gang members, companies or organizations related to gangsters, other persons belonging to anti-social forces, and persons of similar description.

5. Regarding bringing in: As a general rule, we ask that you refrain from bringing in food and drinks. If you have special circumstances, please contact us in advance.

6. Regarding seat usage times: Depending on the situation, such as when it is crowded, we may ask for your cooperation in regarding the usage times of your seats.

Article 4 (Reservation Service)
Our shop offers a separate reservation service. The separately stipulated "Reservation Service Terms of Use" will apply to the use of the reservation service.

We will handle any personal information entrusted to us by our customers appropriately in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (Disclaimer (when using in store))

1. We will not be held responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of your belongings, except in cases of deliberate or gross negligence on the part of our company. Please keep your valuables in good condition at all times.

2. We will not be involved in any disputes between customers.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law, and in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions or our services, the court with jurisdiction over our head office location shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
