July is a common season for company transfers and personnel changes in Japan.

Recently, one of our regular guests visited unexpectedly and told us that he would be relocating for work.

We wanted to express our appreciation, so we quickly arranged a flower gift.

Fortunately, several flower shops in Ginza remain open late, allowing us to prepare the flowers that same evening.

We will naturally miss seeing him as often as before. However, he has already started introducing colleagues and business contacts to our bar as his “successors.”

It feels almost like a professional customer handover, and we are deeply grateful.

Seeing one relationship naturally lead to another is one of the most rewarding aspects of running a Japanese snack bar in Ginza.

We wish him continued success in his new location and look forward to welcoming him whenever he returns to Tokyo.
