Service Description
■ Regular plan (2 hours 30 minutes) Price: 12,000 yen, Extension: 2,500 yen per 30 minutes * Enter before 20:00 - Basic fee ¥2,000 off * Unlimited house bottle drinks and singing ■ Customers who keep a bottle (2 hours 30 minutes) Price: 10,000 yen, Extension: 2,000 yen per 30 minutes * Enter before 20:00 - Basic fee ¥2,000 off Note: Extension may not be possible depending on the congestion on the day.
Cancellation Policy
These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") stipulate the terms of use of the reservation service (hereinafter referred to as "the service") provided by [The Snack Three & GINZA] (hereinafter referred to as "our store"). Customers who use this service (hereinafter referred to as "customers") must agree to all of the contents of these terms before using this service. When the reservation procedure for this service is completed, it is deemed that the customer has agreed to these terms. Article 1 (Completion of reservation) Reservations made through this service are considered to be completed when the customer completes the reservation procedure and our store notifies the customer that the reservation has been completed. Article 2 (Regarding fees) The fees for each plan displayed on this website are per person (including consumption tax) unless otherwise specified. Orders not included in the plan (additional food and drink, nomination fees, etc.) will incur additional fees. Article 3 (Understanding and request regarding extension of plan) We want our customers to enjoy their time at our store as much as possible, so we will do our best to accommodate plan extensions as much as possible. However, we apologize for any inconvenience, but depending on the congestion situation on the day of your visit (especially on weekends and peak times) and the number of reservations by subsequent customers, we may be unable to accommodate your request for an extension. Therefore, we ask that you understand and acknowledge the above possibilities in advance when making your reservation. Article 4 (Regarding cancellation and change of reservation) If you wish to cancel or change the contents of your reservation, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. As a general rule, we do not charge cancellation fees. We respect our customers' convenience, but if you do not come to the store without contacting us or if we observe repeated last-minute cancellations, we may not be able to accept future reservations, so we appreciate your understanding. Article 5 (Requests and Prohibitions for Use) In order to ensure that all customers have a comfortable stay at our store, we ask that you refrain from the following actions.
